Sandy Rodriguez is Associate Dean of Special Collections & Archives at the University of Missouri--Kansas City. She currently serves as co-facilitator of the DLF Working Group on Labor in Digital Libraries, Archives, and Museums and Co-Principal Investigator for "Collective Responsibility: National Forum on Labor Practices for Grant-Funded Digital Positions," an IMLS national leadership grant. Her primary expertise and interests are: digital repository and metadata management, digital preservation, digital labor infrastructure; and advocacy for equitable and inclusive practices.
